Uptown Centre is owned and managed by UPG Property Group Inc.
Our company owns and manages several retail and office buildings in the Vancouver area. The company has been active in commercial real estate in Vancouver since 1987.
The owner is the manager.
We manage the buildings we own. Our tenants deal directly with the owner – there is no third party management company or absentee owner. We are on site at each of our properties on a daily basis, and we care.
What We Do
We meticulously look after the building with care and pride. We provide first class property management services to our tenants. We provide building engineering, maintenance, and janitorial services with our own staff. We strive to exceed our tenants' expectations.
